Yesterday we ran in a 5k race. I ran with my friends and James pushed Maverik in the stoller. It was very fun. The race was Running with Angels and was a benefit run for a couple of different causes. The weather was warm but nice. I had my fastest 5k (out of 3 :). My time was 26:56. I was very excited. One of my friends, Jen was 25:12 and my other friend was like 50:00. James was around 50 min too. Maverik slept the whole time in the baby jogger. If anyone has done a race, you know how fun it is and the adrenaline you have. In Feb. we (my sisters and I) ran London's Run. It was Awesome!! I hope we can all do it next year!!

I am totally jealous! You look great! I want to run it next year! Was Pam Hansen there again? Isn't that her name? Anyway, Travis said he wouldn't care if I come up there in June, so I have to start planning it! Can't wait!

Thanks girls! The race was fun. Pam ws there and I am sad to say has gained back some weight. Not all but I was a little disappointed just cuz I know I am going to have to work really hard to not gain back my weight. Anyone is welcome to come up! We love it when people come. I think Bri is coming next week! Yeah!
Hey Britt! So i don't have a blog but i created an account so i could make comments. Maybe i will creat a blog if i ever get married! A blog about just me would be pretty lame. anyways that is awesome about the race! that was so much fun, I want to do it again, if i could get myself into gear and start running! maybe i should come live with you so you could whip me into shape!

Hi I am Megan, a friend of courtney's. I just finished reading Running with Angels. What a great book I didn't know that she started her own race. It sounds like such a fun time. I am sad to here she has gained any back.... she is my insperation... I am going to need her to stay on the skinny side just for me!
